Shipping Policy

Customers may request to have tires shipped or schedule an installation or pick up appointment at our Henderson location. At checkout please select shipping as there are additional fees for shipping. At this time we are not offering shipping on Commercial tires, pick up the Henderson location only.  All tire orders are shipped by FedEx ground or home delivery or UPS Home Delivery. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirming your order. After your order has been processed & shipped you will receive an email and/or text with your shipment tracking information. Unfortunately, at this time we are not shipping outside of the United States. A physical address is required for FedEx & UPS delivery, we are unable to ship tires to a PO Box. The average time of delivery will depend on the customer's location, it ranges between 1-6 business days. Residential deliveries will be attempted Monday to Saturday, while deliveries to business addresses will be attempted Monday - Friday. Delivery date can be impacted by weather conditions and holidays. We do not offer expedited shipping. All orders placed over the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) and on national US holidays will be processed on the first following business day.

Delivery Address

We always suggest using matching Billing and Shipping addresses for a safe and streamlined transaction. We do accept circumstances where you have separate Billing and shipping addresses, especially in practical situations (for example if your Billing address is a PO Box).  All Orders, however, are subject to a final review before being shipped to ensure that no fraudulent activity occurs. To that end we reserve the right to cancel any Order where the address or other information within the Order is problematic or unusual.

Tracking Your Order

We provide tracking numbers for all orders. We e-mail tracking numbers to the e-mail address provided when placing the order. If you did not receive the tracking information for your order, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

Picking up your Order

Pick up your order at our location at your requested appointment time! Simply purchase your tires via the website and schedule a pick up time. Scheduling a pick up will ensure a technician has pulled your tires from our warehouse and they are ready for pick up when you arrive. We do not accept payments at our location for online orders, Payment must be made when the order is placed.
