Refund Policy
All tires are subject to a 3 day customer satisfaction return, provided return is approved. Tires must be in original condition, all shipping labels attached, unused & never mounted or driven. Once the tires have been received back in the warehouse & inspected. 24-7 Tire Solution will issue a refund back to the original form of payment minus $35 per tire for return shipping plus any handling fees on the original order. A quality and accuracy check is performed on all orders before being shipped. However in the event you are sent a incorrect item, 24-7 Tire Solution will replace you order with correct merchandise at no additional charge. Please send an email to support@247tiresolution.com, include your order #, name, address & photo of merchandise you received. Merchandise photo must have all shipping labels attached and must not be used or mounted. A customer service representative will process for request and give you a call to obtain any additional information needed.

Refunds will not be granted if the customer orders the incorrect tire size. 24-7 Tire Solution will allow for a return if you are sent the incorrect item. All shipping fees (Return fees & Reshipment fees) will be the responsibility of the customer if you order incorrect size. Return Fees & Reshipment fees start at $35 per tire, pricing does vary by shipping method. These fees are set by UPS & FedEx, 24-7 Tire Solution does not have any control over these fees.
